can be a cogwheel with a weared out tooth or something. Or a connector bouncing. Probably look at youtube and find tons of people with that sound

Connector going from the base to the steeringwheel. But if you didn't see it while it was open it's probably not that. I saw some movies about people having much more clicking sound then you and was related to the tightness of the belt, or rubber residue on the cogwheel. Maybe this movie helps. But there are tons of other movies about simular issues

I found a gear, the teeth are erased on it, I think this is the reason

Ooh that doesn't look good indeed. Probably it skips 1 teeth and you hear the tick. I am unsure if you can order those. How is this in the fun stuff topic btw
