I agree with both off you but...yes there is a big BUT we cannot garaunte that every driver will respect that and i'll give you an example. In Canada on the last big straight car A is overpassing car B and while they are side by side in that moment there is a yellow flag for few seconds and ends before last corner. Now both of them are side by side going in corner, lets say car A let him go and dont attack( respecting the yellow flag rule) ok all good and fine car A will get him next lap, that sounds like fair play right? Well it is competition, and everyone interprets it differenetly. The scenario of above can be also different and car A attacks car B on last corner but car B thinks that car A respects the yellow flag and accident happens also car A can tell us that there was no yellow flag on the corner but before and he didnt overpass him. I think we can do more harm than good with this yellow flag rule. Yes slow down if you see yellow flag next few corners as there can be someone crashed or someone wanting to turn with spin. Now this is big topic and i know evereyone wants everything that they brought from other sites.
This things can be implemented when as community we grow and expand. We can have race steward and all of our drivers and every teams enginer on teamspeak. Example, if there is yellow flag, steward says no passing and when to pass. If the rule is broken steward tells him to give the place back if he overpassed you or he gets a pit drive through.
For now everything is ok and most of the drivers respected blue flags. But because this is closed circuit maybe we will be more harsh if you dont slow down on yellow flag and crash into spinned car on track but again, yellow flag can be different and you dont know what to expect , did someone just touch a wall, is there a car on the road, etc.
I want for all to have a pleasent and enjoyable experience on Sunday, so i encourage you all if you can come on Friday at 20.30 gmt+ 1 on server and lets have a race, we dont have to Q, just straight to race around 10-15 laps and then we put back on practice so we as moderators can judge it better. Ty
Enjoy.
